Our custom design process starts with KLP DesignS gathering ideas and dreams directly from the client and any thoughts they may have regrding their event or special occasion.  These could include colours and themes or simply images and items which are special to them.  KLP DesignS then produce a series of ideas which rotate around the thoughts and ideas brought away from these discussions.  The uniquely tailored designs are presented to the client where they are able to add suggestions and choose a design which they would like us to produce for their special event.

All KLP DesignS invitations are individually hand-crafted and time consuming to make. We recommend that clients initially contact us a minimum of six months before their event. This will allow the perfect design to be created and allow their guests to receive the invitations 6 - 8 weeks prior to the occasion.

Table Plans are understandably difficult to predict in advance. We ask for all design detailing to be confirmed 1 month prior and all specific details to be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. In some cases we can waive the 2 week deadline but this will need to be discussed with KLP DesignS in advance.
